We try to keep everything plain and simple on the website to prevent you from having any questions in the first place. Just in case you still have a few unanswered thoughts or questions in mind, please check out the section below. Cruelty free to us means that any ingredient, raw material or finished product that we sell has not been tested on animals in any way. We only work with manufacturers and suppliers that are willing to give insights in their manufacturing methods by installing a Supplier Monitoring System.  and are willing to coöperate with us based on the same vision in mind: a cruelty free world.

When you purchase a product, you get to select what charity receives 10% of the profit from your purchase. Once every three months we summarize the totals of every charity and the sales that were made in benefit of that charity. After that, we donate the money directly to the charity, without a third party in between. This way the charity benefits most of the purchases that you made at Lévai’s.

After placing an order on our website, you will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. That’s the moment your package has left the building and is on it’s way to you. We ship our packages from The Netherlands, so if you live in the Benelux, you will receive your package 24 hours later. Other countries will need to take a delivery time of 24 to 72 hours into account. Depending on your choice of shipping, you will receive a tracking code to keep an eye on your package.

We do everything we can to handle your products and package with care, but there is always a chance of something going wrong between our office and your front door. Wether that’s related with the ordering process, shipping or the quality of the products, please let us know. We will always try to come up with a solution that is beneficial for all parties involved, because a satisfied customer is what matters the most to us.

You can contact us in different ways, but sending an e-mail is the most effective way. You can also submit the contact form on our website or contact us on Social Media. 

This depends. If a product is not opened and not used, you can let us know that you would like to return the product within 14 days after receiving the item(s). Because cosmetic products (such as lipsticks) are considered hygiene items, we do not refund items that have been used and opened (yes, we check). If a product is not used and not opened, we refund your complete purchase amount (including shipping fees at the time of purchase). You do however, need to pay for the shipping fees for sending the returned product to us. 

You can send us the products in the same enveloppe or box it came in, as long as you place your order number inside the package. Please visit the Contact-page for our address.

Not yet, unfortunately. Currently we only ship to 13 countries in the European Union that have a good infrastructure with regards to transport, just to provide a quick delivery time and affordable shipping fees for you as a customer. We do look for ways to expand our distribution network in the future, so we hope to ship to more and more countries soon.

We try to provide in everyone’s preferred method of payment, so at this time we accept the following payment methods.

Please let us know if you miss a payment method that you would like to use instead so we can think about adding it to our store.

All our products are shipped in mailbox-sized packages, meaning an enveloppe (if you ordered one or a few small items) or a small box that fits through your mailbox. This means you do not have to stay at home to wait for our delivery!

In case of larger orders, we will try to keep all products in one box. We have two different sizes of mailbox-packaging, but if we feel the products do not fit properly in one box or the products are better off being distributed over multiple packages, we will do so. Lévai’s will pay for the extra shipping fees this may require, but this still means you will receive multiple tracking codes and e-mails. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand this is in you and your products best interest.

Since we ship to 13 different countries and partner with as many shipping partners available in your country, we can’t provide a fixed fee for shipping. Please enter your address on the checkout-page to find out what shipping options are available to you and the fees will be visible at checkout.

No you will not. Lévai’s Beauty & Cosmetics is situated in The Netherlands and all packages will be sent from our office. Since we ship to 13 EU-countries, our customers won’t be charged with any extra fees, import duties or taxes. The amount you see at checkout is everything there is!
